Brief job description:
• Under the direction of the General Manager;
• Sell financing and life and health insurance, various protections and extended warranties;
• Process finance and lease transactions accurately and fairly through funding sources for approval;
• Negotiate with financial institutions in case of refusal, if necessary submit the file to his superior for the negotiation of special conditions;
• Collaborate with sales managers to achieve a reasonable profit on each sale;
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with several funding sources;
• Prepare various reports on funding penetration and profits generated by transactions as well as other statistics;
• Provide customers with clear and detailed explanations of secondary products and extended warranties;
• Complete the forms related to the sale and rental when required;
• Check any document to ensure that the title deeds on the vehicles purchased or traded in are compliant (RDPRM);
• See to the collection of all financing costs net of insurance;
• Provide the sales team with up-to-date information on financing and leasing programs.
Required Skills :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial field or as an automotive sales manager or 5 years of experience as a representative;
• Excellent sense of organization and attention to detail;
• Sense of leadership;

• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Bilingualism;
• Post-secondary education.
